Shipping and Delivery

Subject to stock availability with suppliers and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 1 business day and handed over to a courier company for delivery. We offer free delivery on orders over R500 in South Africa. Orders below R500 will have a standard delivery charge of R35 in South Africa. Orders to neighbouring countries (Namibia, Botswana, Mozambique, Zimbabwe, Lesotho and Swaziland) can be done with special arrangement. Please contact us at support@getmegoing.co.za for more information on this service. We reserve the right to adjust delivery costs on orders over 5 Kilograms (Kg) and to remote areas.

Although we try our best to get your order delivered to you as quickly as possible orders can take from 2-3 working days for delivery depending on the destination and the size of your order. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be attended to on the first business day thereafter. You will receive your tracking number via email once the order has been dispatched. The courier company will deliver between 8AM and 5PM Monday to Friday. Kindly check we have the correct address and ensure you are either at home during delivery hours or that you use your work address. Should you not be at home at the time of delivery, the courier company will leave a calling card with a telephone number to re-arrange delivery

For very remote areas not serviced by standard couriers, we will deliver to the nearest town to you that is accessible by our couriers within their normal routes. In these circumstances, we will be in contact with you to arrange an alternative address. Please take note that shipping to neighbouring countries to South Africa might take longer.
